Marketing innovation rarely fails for lack of ideas: it fails for lack of good ideas at the right time, and for lack of a rigorous way to choose between them. IQVentis addresses both: it widens the field of options to explore, and provides a comparative reading that makes fast arbitration possible.

The Concepts module generates complete ideas from a few key inputs: an insight, the brand carrying the project, and a list of competing brands. Optional additional inputs refine the generation: target/persona, brand manifesto, category specifications. Each proposal is formulated as a structured concept integrating value proposition, product features, consumer benefits and differentiation elements. The module offers two entry points: starting from an insight, or starting from an idea (or even a patent), two opposite mechanics that correspond to two innovation approaches coexisting within a company.

The Concept Challenge places your concept into a three-axis Decision Radar: internal coherence (do insight, promise, benefits and RTB truly support each other?), resonance with your targets, alignment with your brand platform. In a single visualisation you read where the concept is solid, where it wavers, and what to strengthen before investing in it. It is less a "polish" than a genuine upstream arbitration.

The Concept Polish module then refines, in a few short iterations (often a half-day rather than a week), the concept's formulation, tonality or strategic angle to maximize relevance for the target audience. Each iteration tests, adjusts, re-tests, without lengthening the cycle. It is this rapid rhythm that often makes the difference between an ordinary concept and a truly compelling one. Together, these three modules structure a complete pipeline of exploration, challenge and iteration.
